1-Day Workshop Testimonial
Harald S., Scottsdale, AZ--Passed April 2012 FE
I am a recent graduate of Mechanical Engineering from ASU. I took the FE exam during my final semester with the idea that I would learn as much as my degree could offer by exam time. Though this was good judgment, I did not take into account that I would be so preoccupied with CAPSTONE and other large projects, not leaving much time to study for the FE exam. So, a couple of weeks before the exam I decided to apply for an 8-Hour class from CHAYA in hopes that I could obtain an edge to compensate for the lack of studying; and boy was that a good decision! The course gave me exactly the tools I needed to pass this test! Just to be clear, this course is not intended to teach one all the material on the test, that one should know already. Instead it focused on testing technique and learning how to use the calculator to minimize the time needed for simple questions, allowing one to use more time in the tougher questions. What it additionally did, was provide me with connections, support, and other resources (sample problems), which were ultimately key in my success. I repeat, Dr. Gant's course was key in my success, because brute knowledge of the material alone is not enough to finish this exam on time. For this reason, in addition to your support, which was beyond the call of duty, I thank you Gant.
